a.1. The age difference between these brothers are same –---yes/no

a.2.  Find the present age of grandfather  and all these brothers age.

a.1. Ans: yes
Explanation:    If the age of balan is X means
Kannan age is X/2. Krishnan age is 2x, Gopal age is 3X/2.
The ascending order is x/2, x, 3x/2, and 2x. If x is 1 means, 0.5. 1, 1.5, and 2, is the result. so the age difference is same.

a.2. Ans: balan age is 12. Kannan age is 6, gopal age is 18, and krishnan is 24yrs. Grand pa age is 72.

2.   Mala. Lara and tara are cousin sisters, tara is 3times elder to lara, lara is 3times elder to mala. After 9 years lara age will be 2/3rd of the tara’s age and mala’s age will be sum of mala’s and tara’s present age, find the  age of these sisters after 8years.

Ans:after  mala is 9 yrs, lara is 11 yrs, and  tara is 17yrs.
present age is mala=1yr, lara=3yr, tara =9yrs
Explanation: mala=M, lara=L, tara=T
T=3L=9M

L+9=2(T+9)/3=2X(3L+9)/3=2L+6
2L-L=9-6=3
Lara=3
T=3L =Tara=3x3=9
9M= 3L,M=3x3/9= Mala=1
After 8years M=1+8=9, L=3+8=11, T=9+8=17
3.   Babu’s son is 11 times youngers than him. After 2 years babu’s age will be  7times more than his sons age. Then what is the present age of the Babu and his son.

Ans: Babu is 33yrs and his son is 3yrs.

Ans: swetha is 12yrs, brother  is 6 yrs, and father is 48 yrs,

Explanation: If  Swetha =S, Brother =B, Father =F
S=2B, F=4S, F=4x2B=8B,  F+6=9B=8B+6
9B-8B=6  , B=6.  S=2x6=12.  F=4(12)=48yrs

5.   Rama age is 1/3 of the barathan. Lakshmana age is double of the rama’s age. Dasharathan age is ¼ th of the lakshman age. Eravanan age is ½ of the barathan age and 3/4th of the lakshman age. Anumon age 50 he is 5 times elder than dasarathan.
Order  the name based on the age in descending order. Find out the Age of the each persons.

Ans: Barathan (60yrs), Anumon (50yrs), Lakshman (40yrs), Eravanan (30yrs), Rama(20yrs) And Dasarathan (10yrs).

Explanation: Barathan=B, Anumon=A, Lakshman=L, Eravanan=E, Rama=R, And Dasarathan=D.
A=50yrs=5D., L=D4, R=L/2,. B=3R, E=B/2
D=50/5=10
 L=4(10)=40
 R=40/2= 20
 B=3(20)=60
 E= 60/2=30
